Jacqueline Edwards
Director
Jacqueline is the Founder of Aura Education. She has been an integrated part of education recruitment since 2016, focussing her efforts on bringing together the right educators and the right schools. Jacqueline brings a wealth of experience and a genuinely people-first approach to education recruitment. Known for her attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills, she takes the time to understand both schools and candidates properly to ensure that every placement is the right fit, not just on paper but in practice too. Working with schools in & around the Liverpool area, there isn’t much she doesn’t know about this fantastic sector.

Elle Edwards
Director
Elle is a Director here at Aura Education. Joining the team in the early months of 2026 after working across the recruitment space for the last 5 years prior. After a small stint in another market, she found her home in the education space in 2023 and hasn’t looked back. She has always enjoyed building lasting relationships within the education market and across the Liverpool area – progressing nicely over the years within large corporate agencies before taking the opportunity to joining Aura with two hands. At Aura Education she brings reliability, passion & commitment to everything that she does. A real assets to Aura Education and the schools and candidates she works with.
